B.U.S Classes Balance, Upright & Safe

We have two classes held on Wednesday mornings in our Community Hall

If you are 55 years or over or know someone who would benefit from some gentle exercise to help regain and retain strength and balance, then the BUS programme could be what you’re looking for!

The B.U.S Programme is a falls prevention programme. Each class is a 45 minute workout which moves through a gentle exercise routine to music followed by the use of a range of equipment and some relaxing cool down stretching.
