Come and explore Tirau Village and its attractions.
At the northern end of town is the Tirau i-SITE Visitor Centre, situated within the big dog building, which boasts beautifully decorated walls and a stunning lead light widow.
Alongside the Dog is the large corrugated Big Sheep Wool Gallery.
The rest of Tirau’s specialty shops are all within
walking distance including cafe’s, art galleries,
furniture, crafts, clocks, clothes, books, restaurants, wines, light shades, jewellery, honey, ice-creams, gifts and collectables.
